Suprajit’s Surge: Braking Records and Tech Breakthroughs

Suprajit Engineering is cementing its market position in the automotive component space through strategic diversification and cutting-edge technology initiatives.

The company's India Cables & Mechatronics (ICM) division is experiencing a robust expansion in beyond-cable ventures. In Q1FY27 alone, Combined Braking Systems (CBS) skyrocketed by more than 110 percent, while brake shoes and pads climbed over 80 percent, with further project wins anticipated on the horizon.

Meanwhile, the Suprajit Technology Center (STC) continues to pioneer next-generation automotive solutions, ranging from digital clusters and throttle grips to advanced ABS technology developed alongside Blubrake. To support this wave of innovation, construction on the state-of-the-art STC building is progressing smoothly and is slated for completion in the third quarter of this year.
