Pavna Industries Limited, a leading automotive parts manufacturer listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE: PAVNAIND) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 543915), has acquired a 4335 square meter land parcel at the Integrated Industrial State in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. This acquisition signals a significant move in the company's expansion strategy, as it plans to establish a new greenfield plant dedicated to producing die-cast components.

The decision to set up operations in Pantnagar, known for its logistical advantages and cost efficiencies, is aimed at strengthening Pavna Industries' position in the domestic automotive sector. By leveraging supply chain synergies and minimizing overhead costs, the company aims to enhance its competitiveness in the market, particularly in serving key clients like Bajaj Auto.

Mr. Swapnil Jain, Managing Director of Pavna Industries Ltd, highlighted the importance of the acquisition, stating that it signifies the company's shift from its current rented facility to its own premises in Uttarakhand.
