Green Signal for Green Energy: VinGroup's Telangana Plan

VinGroup Asia CEO Pham Sanh Chau met Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in Delhi on 15 November to explore potential investment opportunities in the state.

CEO Chau expressed strong interest in setting up an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing unit and battery storage facilities in Telangana, reaffirming the company’s commitment to supporting the state’s industrial growth. VinGroup is also evaluating prospects in solar and wind energy projects. Regarding the proposed Bharat Future City, he stated that the company is prepared to invest in its development.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy invited CEO Chau and VinGroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong to attend the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 on 8 December, where further discussions on investment opportunities are expected to take place.
