Hero MotoCorp Gears Up for Growth with Rs 600 Crore Global Parts Center

Hero MotoCorp, a prominent manufacturer of two-wheelers, has announced plans to invest up to Rs 600 crore over the span of two years in the establishment of a cutting-edge Global Parts Center located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

This state-of-the-art facility, slated for construction, is projected to accommodate a wide array of up to 36,700 stock keeping units (SKUs). Its primary objective is to facilitate the company's anticipated growth in the parts, accessories, and merchandise (PAM) sector, which has seen a remarkable surge, crossing an annual revenue milestone of Rs 5,000 crore.

Presently, Hero MotoCorp operates its Global Parts Center 1.0 from Neemrana, Rajasthan, boasting a storage capacity of approximately 26,000 SKUs. However, with this facility operating at full capacity, the augmentation of capacity becomes imperative, especially for the upper premium models segment.

In tandem with its expansion endeavors, Hero MotoCorp remains steadfast in fortifying its premium portfolio, underpinned by robust brand development strategies and an innovative blend of physical and digital customer experiences.
