JSW Motors has entered into a long-term partnership with Dassault Systèmes to accelerate the development of its new energy vehicle (NEV) portfolio.
The collaboration aims to enhance capabilities across design, engineering, and manufacturing through advanced digital technologies. As part of the agreement, JSW Motors will deploy Dassault Systèmes’ DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE platform as a unified digital backbone spanning the entire vehicle lifecycle—from product design and engineering to validation and manufacturing—enabling seamless integration and improved operational efficiency.
The platform will help manage the increasing complexity of software-defined vehicles while supporting the development of an integrated product lifecycle management (PLM) ecosystem and a manufacturing execution system (MES), ensuring digital continuity and real-time traceability.
This initiative is expected to boost localisation in product development, strengthen supply chain resilience, and enable the creation of globally competitive vehicles tailored to Indian market needs. Overall, the partnership underscores JSW Motors’ commitment to building a technology-driven, future-ready mobility ecosystem.
