PAL Lights Up Maval: New ₹55 Cr. Automation Factory Opens

Patil Automation (PAL) has inaugurated a new 1,09,450 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Sadumbre, Maval, as part of its strategic expansion drive.

Developed with an investment of ₹55 crore, the facility will enhance PAL’s production capacity for advanced automation systems, including robotic welding lines and Industry 4.0-enabled automation cells. The expansion is set to increase the company’s annual output from 2,304 to 3,454 units, meeting rising demand across the automotive, EV, railways, defence, and renewable energy sectors. It is also expected to generate around 200 new jobs.

Managing Director Manoj Patil said, “The new facility is a key enabler of our next phase of growth. With rising demand for automation across industries, this expansion strengthens our ability to deliver high-volume, high-precision automation systems.”
