BPCL and FACT Lock in Long-Term Sulphuric Acid Deal

The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd (FACT) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the long-term supply of sulphuric acid. Sourced from BPCL's upcoming plant at the Kochi Refinery, this critical raw material will secure FACT's fertiliser production. Signed by BPCL CMD Sanjay Khanna and FACT CMD S. Sakthimani, the partnership strengthens ties between the two public sector enterprises to optimize resources and boost operational efficiency.
