Diversified industrial powerhouse Oriom Group is expanding into real estate with its new venture, Oriom Realty.
Backed by 21 years of industrial expertise in sectors like steel, power, and chemicals, the Bhubaneswar-headquartered group aims to address Odisha’s soaring urbanization demand. With the state's urban population expected to scale dramatically from 17% today to 60% by 2047, Oriom Realty will spearhead premium residential, retail, and mixed-use projects across Bhubaneswar and key growth corridors.
According to Director Anil Kedia, the venture is designed to build “future-ready communities that set the benchmark for modern living.”
