The Odisha government has approved 17 investment proposals worth ₹3,878.86 crore across diverse sectors, expected to create 10,584 jobs in 11 districts. The projects were cleared by the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA), chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja.
The investments span key sectors including plastics, textiles, apparel, ESDM, food processing, renewable energy, tourism, logistics, infrastructure, chemicals, and steel.
Key proposals include:
Greenwave Circularity: ₹650 crore recycled plastics plant in Khurda
MAS India: ₹885 crore textile mill in Khurda, generating 1,700 jobs
Iron Triangle: ₹310.75 crore battery storage unit, employing 128 people
Alpha Coal and Bhubaneswar Logipark: ₹217 crore and ₹218 crore logistics projects respectively
Samaleshwari Ferrometals: ₹400 crore steel facility
Lucro Plastecycle: ₹100 crore recycling unit
Ganesh Consumer Products: ₹52 crore flour mill
Raysons Enterprises: ₹53 crore Mayfair Hideout eco-resort in Puri
Special Blasts: ₹55 crore explosives plant in Talcher
Royal Touch Fablon: ₹60.78 crore PP woven sack unit in Balasore, creating 600 jobs
Isolloyd Engineering: ₹51 crore ceramic fibre facility in Jajpur, with 175 job roles
Ranisati Green Biofuels: ₹110 crore project adding 370 jobs
These investments reflect the state’s growing appeal as a business destination and are expected to boost industrial growth and employment across multiple districts.
