The second project entails a ₹775 crore investment to increase precipitated silica production at the Cuddalore plant in Tamil Nadu by 50 KTPA, supporting the needs of the rubber and automotive tire sectors. This facility is currently running at 88% capacity. Both expansions are expected to be completed within 24 months.
