HPCL Fires Up Mazgaon Revamp: Engineering Bids Open!

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invited bids for engineering consultancy services related to the revamp of its Mazgaon Lube Plant in Mumbai.

The scope of work includes the design and engineering of a new tank truck (TT) loading gantry, along with associated automation and piping systems. As one of HPCL’s oldest and most strategic facilities, the Mazgaon Lube Plant plays a vital role in the handling and distribution of Lube Oil Base Stock (LOBS), received via pipeline from the Mumbai Lube Refinery.

Functioning as a key logistics hub, the plant facilitates the dispatch of LOBS to various HPCL lube plants and customers through its existing TT gantry. The proposed revamp is part of HPCL’s broader strategy to enhance operational efficiency and accommodate increasing demand for lubricants.

The last date for bid submission is 27 October 2025.
