Green Sea Industries Private Limited intends to expand its Synthetic Organic Chemical Project in Shikarpur, Gujarat. The corporation has submitted a proposal to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) for environmental clearance.The expansion proposal will enhance the company's production capacity from 625 TPM to 7,690 TPM.
The corporation will produce a range of synthetic organic chemicals, such as CPC Green 7, CPC Red 77, and CPC Yellow 25.The proposed expansion is anticipated to generate 54 new positions. Additionally, the company has committed to employing a number of environmental measures to mitigate the project's potential negative effects.The SEIAA is presently evaluating the proposal and is anticipated to make a determination on the environmental clearance within the next few months.Here are some of the proposed expansion's specifics:The estimated total investment in the undertaking is Rs. 9.4 crore.The undertaking will be carried out in two stages. In the first phase, the existing plant will be expanded, and in the second phase, a new plant will be constructed.
