Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers is expanding its manufacturing footprint with a ₹70 crore investment to set up a 3,000 MTPA chemical plant at Unit 5 in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, targeted for completion by March 2028. Funded through internal accruals and promoter warrant issuances, the expansion aims to meet rising demand.
Key operational achievements during the quarter include commissioning a 6,000 MTPA dyes manufacturing expansion at Unit 5 and operationalizing a 10 MW DC solar plant in Nanded (boosting total solar capacity to 20.6 MW DC). While the expansion at subsidiary Madhya Bharat Phosphate's Meghnagar unit progresses as scheduled, the proposed NCLT amalgamation between Madhya Bharat Phosphate and Kisan Phosphates was mutually withdrawn for commercial reasons.
