Omaxe x Lemon Tree: A ₹4,000 Crore Hospitality Expansion

Omaxe has signed a agreement with Carnation Hotels to build and manage 10 hotels (around 4,000 rooms) across India, backed by an estimated ₹4,000 crore investment. This project is part of Omaxe's larger ₹6,200 crore hospitality expansion introduced in June 2026, which ultimately aims to build 19 hotels across 5 states.

The new properties will be located in areas like Lucknow, Vrindavan, Kaushambi, and Faridabad, catering to pilgrimage, transit, and business travelers. By combining Omaxe's real estate expertise with Lemon Tree Hotels' operational management, the partnership aims to bring quality hotel options to emerging Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
