Garuda Construction and Engineering has been awarded a civil works contract worth approximately ₹143.96 crore for the “Shikhar-B” redevelopment project in the Oshiwara locality of Mumbai. The contract was secured from Orbit Ventures Developers and involves comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) responsibilities.
The project has a delivery timeline of 36 months, commencing upon receipt of the necessary regulatory clearances. With this win, Garuda Construction’s total order book now stands at around ₹3,229.78 crore.
The contract reinforces the company’s growing presence in large-scale urban redevelopment, showcasing its ability to execute complex infrastructure assignments within stringent timelines. It also reflects continued market confidence in Garuda’s execution capabilities and the robust demand for redevelopment in key urban zones.
