Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has won significant contracts in India, including a large-scale IT park development in Bengaluru and a mixed-use project in Mumbai.
The Bengaluru project covers 5.9 million sq. ft. and will be executed in two phases on a lumpsum turnkey basis. It includes the construction of six 14-storey towers featuring A-grade office spaces, designed to achieve USGBC New Building Platinum LEED certification for sustainability. The comprehensive scope of work includes civil construction, unitised façade glazing, architectural lighting, MEP services (HVAC, electrical systems, elevators), GIS substation, solar PV installation, and extensive landscaping.
In Mumbai, L&T will deliver a mixed-use development project with a scheduled completion timeline of 45 months.
These project wins underscore L&T’s strong execution capabilities and reaffirm its leadership in delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure and commercial developments across India.
