L&T Secures Contracts From Asian Institute of Gastroenterology

The construction arm of EPC major L&T has announced securing substantial contracts for its Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical in India. According to L&T, these contracts fall within the range of Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 2,500 crore. One of the significant projects includes a contract from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology in Hyderabad. The project entails constructing a super-speciality hospital located at Gachibowli, spanning a total built-up area of 1.1 million square feet.

The scope of the contract covers various aspects such as civil structures, finishes, facade, interiors, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) services, paramedical facilities, and external development works, including landscaping. This development marks a notable addition to L&T's portfolio in the B&F sector, highlighting their continued expansion and expertise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
