Nakshatr Infratech LLP is set to develop a major mixed-use property in Noornagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, named "AVS High Street." With an investment of 300 crores, the project will feature a 208-room hotel and a commercial complex with 150 units. This dual-purpose development is aimed at boosting the local economy by attracting both tourists and business professionals.
