Mumbai-based real estate developer Swamiraj Constructions has officially rebranded as House of Swamiraj, signaling a strategic evolution from a traditional builder to a lifestyle-focused brand. With over two decades of experience and more than 1,700 homes delivered across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), the company now aims to embed wellness, emotional design, and sustainability into its developments.
The rebranding initiative, launched under the campaign #BeyondDimensions, was executed in three digital phases—teaser, engagement, and launch—highlighting a renewed focus on community-oriented, emotionally resonant living spaces. “Changing our name to House of Swamiraj is not just about a new look. It’s about staying true to who we are while preparing for what’s next,” said Jason Samuel, Director, House of Swamiraj.
As part of its new direction, the company announced three upcoming residential projects totaling ₹210 crore: two in Thane (West) near Pokhran Road No. 1 (₹160 crore) and a premium tower in Ambernath (West) (₹50 crore). A new project in Vartak Nagar, Thane is also on the horizon.
Looking ahead, House of Swamiraj aims to deliver 12,000 homes, achieve ₹10,000 crore in cumulative sales, and establish itself among Maharashtra’s top five lifestyle developers with a strong focus on wellness, sustainability, and smart living.
