Citadel Developers Plans to setup residential & commercial Project in Karnataka

Citadel Sukrithi is a mixed-use development project by Citadel Developers located at Padavinangady, Mangalore, Karnataka. The project is spread over an area of 25 acres and will offer a mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Total Cost of the Project is 3,800 Crores.

The residential component of the project will consist of over 2,000 apartments, ranging from 1BHK to 4BHK units. The commercial component will offer office spaces, retail shops, and showrooms. The project will also feature a shopping mall, a multiplex cinema, and a hotel.

There are almost 2,000 parts.  1, 2, 3, and 4BHK units are available. The facilities include a jogging track, club house, children's play area, pool, and fitness center. Create a Mangalore mixed-use development hub. Residential, commercial, and retail spaces should be available. Encourage regional economic development by offering business and job opportunities. Padavinangady needs better infrastructure and development. Contribute to Mangalore's growth as a commercial and residential center.

As on November, 2023 The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 50% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2025.
