Mundeshwari Multicon Plans Commercial cum Residential Complex in Bihar

Mundeshwari Multicon Private Limited is coming up with a Commercial cum Residential Complex Project at Mauza Lakhnibigha, Sarai, Danapur, Patna, Bihar. 

The built-up area of the project is 2,26,000 sq.m and the cost of the project is 350 crores.

The project will offer a variety of commercial and residential spaces, including shops, offices, apartments, and villas. The project will also have a number of amenities, such as a swimming pool, gym, children's play area, clubhouse, and 24/7 security.

The project is now in the stage of having construction begin. The project work has reached a 55% completion rate. The work on the project will be finished by March of 2025 at the latest. It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
