PSP Projects Secures Rs. 102 Crore GBRC Main Building Contract

PSP Projects has successfully clinched a significant contract valued at Rs 101.67 crore for the construction of the main building of the Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre (GBRC) located at GIFT City in Gandhinagar. The anticipated completion timeline for this project is set at 18 months.

Under the terms of the contract, PSP Projects will oversee both the development and maintenance aspects of the GBRC main building. This achievement in the government category contributes to the company's robust order inflow for the financial year 2023-24, which has now reached an impressive Rs 1,060.30 crore.

Furthermore, PSP Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) in the bidding process conducted by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC). The awarded contract involves the substantial development of the Sabarmati Riverfront project in Gujarat, amounting to Rs 409.93 crore. Notably, in October 2023, the company expanded its portfolio by undertaking additional responsibilities for the construction of Phase-III of a chocolate plant in Sanand, Ahmedabad, catering to the needs of a multinational company.

In the institutional category, PSP Projects has secured a notable order valued at Rs 57.33 crore from Ozone Viswanath Developers. This project pertains to the construction of the OVD_14 Commercial Tower in GIFT City. Additionally, the company has successfully acquired another order for the development of the Kalamkhus Campus in Ahmedabad, with a total worth of Rs 24.81 crore. This project, falling under the government category, is commissioned by the local civic body.
