Ambuja Neotia plans Hotel Project in Haryana

The Kolkata-based Ambuja Neotia Group has made a significant announcement by acquiring Gurugram-based Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, a boutique hotel chain. In addition to this acquisition, the group is actively expanding its hospitality portfolio with various projects and openings in different locations.

Recent Openings: In its ownership portfolio, the Ambuja Neotia Group recently celebrated the inauguration of Taj Guras Kutir in Gangtok, Sikkim. Additionally, they are gearing up to open the Taj Taal Kutir hotel in Kolkata later this month.

Upcoming Hotel in Patna: The group has ambitious plans to launch a 125-room five-star hotel called Taj City Centre in Patna, Bihar, in the early part of the coming year.

Land Holdings: The company holds substantial land assets in West Bengal and Sikkim and is actively strategizing to establish boutique properties on these prime locations.

Expansion Beyond Eastern Region: With the acquisition of Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, the Ambuja Neotia Group is venturing into hotel management and is expanding its presence beyond the eastern region.

Future Destinations: The group has its sights set on destinations such as Jawai, Ranthambore, and Ayodhya for future expansion. The 'Tree of Life' brand aligns with the evolving trends in leisure travel and complements the group's vision of providing unique and personalized guest experiences.

Current Hotel Portfolio: The Ambuja Neotia Group presently owns over 750 keys across its portfolio managed by IHCL (Indian Hotels Company Limited), and this acquisition adds another 200 keys. Under the Tree of Life brand, they now own and manage a total of 14 properties, including the recent additions.

Expansive Presence: With these developments, the group's hospitality arm currently operates 23 hotels and resorts, spanning across various states, including West Bengal, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Himachal Pradesh.
