Upcoming Hotel in Patna: The group has ambitious plans to launch a 125-room five-star hotel called Taj City Centre in Patna, Bihar, in the early part of the coming year.
Land Holdings: The company holds substantial land assets in West Bengal and Sikkim and is actively strategizing to establish boutique properties on these prime locations.
Expansion Beyond Eastern Region: With the acquisition of Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, the Ambuja Neotia Group is venturing into hotel management and is expanding its presence beyond the eastern region.

Expansive Presence: With these developments, the group's hospitality arm currently operates 23 hotels and resorts, spanning across various states, including West Bengal, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Himachal Pradesh.
