Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured nine new construction orders totaling Rs925.79 crore from various developers nationwide. This boosts the company's order book to nearly Rs. 5,000 crore, encompassing diverse projects across India.
One notable contract includes a Rs217.80 crore project from Rustomjee Constructions for the construction of Rustomjee Seasons in Mumbai's Bandra (East). This development will feature six high-end residential towers with extensive basement and 24 floors, slated for completion within 27 months.
Additionally, Capacit’e has secured a Rs181.49 crore order from Twenty Five South Realty for constructing residential towers at Hindoostan Mills compound in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, to be completed in phases.
Further augmenting its portfolio, the company has clinched a Rs175.62 crore contract from Radius & Deserve Builders LLP for constructing six mass housing residential towers in Chembur, Mumbai.
Other significant projects include a Rs60.19 crore high-rise residential tower at Beau Monte Project, Sion, Mumbai, by Sahana Sheth, and a Rs21.50 crore premium residential building project in Pune from Olympia, an ABIL group entity.
In the NCR region, Capacit’e secured a Rs128.78 crore project in Sector 135, Noida, from Sea view Developers for constructing three commercial towers spanning ground plus 15 floors. Additionally, it secured a Rs55.50 crore project from Unitech Developers and Projects for constructing a multi-level car park in Noida.
These developments underscore Capacit’e Infraprojects' robust growth strategy and its expanding footprint in the construction sector across India.
