Commonwealth Developers intends to construct the CD Times Square commercial complex in Goa

CD Times Square is the name of a brand-new commercial complex project that Commonwealth Developers is considering constructing in Gogol, Margao, in the state of Goa. The purpose of this project is to provide commercial infrastructure of a world-class standard in order to entice and keep top corporations and startups.

The kind of this project is a Commercial Complex.

Built-up area of the project can accommodate up to 500,000 square feet and 10 Floor.

Total cost of the project was 242 billion.

As on November 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
