Diamond Research & Mercantile Dream City Limited has a plan in the works to create a new residential and commercial development on Block No. 177 & Others, Khajod, Taluka Surat City, District Surat, Gujarat. This location is in the state of Gujarat. The purpose of this project is to provide residential and commercial infrastructure of a world-class standard in order to entice and keep established firms and startups.

Built-up area capacity of the project is 68,16,826 square meters, and the project type is residential and commercial.
The total cost of the project was 29,981 Crore.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 30% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2026.
