DLF Info Park Developers plans DLF IT Park in Tamil Nadu

It has been suggested by DLF Info Park Developers (Chennai) Limited that a new information technology park be built at SF No 300/2B 300/2C& 301/3 Kottivakkam Village in the Kanchipuram District in the state of Tamil Nadu. With a total built-up area of 835,650.00 square meters, the project intends to build an information technology park of world-class calibre.

Specifics of the Project

The capacity of the project is 835,650.00 square meters.

The total cost of the project was 2,470 crores.

As on November 2023 : The project is now in the stage of construction being started There has been progress made on the project equaling 20%, The work on the project will be finished by March of 2025 at the latest.
