Gardencity Realty planning to set up Commercial Complex Project in Karnataka

Gardencity Realty Private Limited is planning to construct a new commercial complex at Amruthahalli and Byatarayanapura in Bengaluru, Karnataka.The Gardencity Business Hub project is being constructed on a 10-acre parcel of land.Project Cost is 332 Crores.The undertaking will involve the construction of two 15-story towers. 

The towers will offer 300,000 square feet of available space for lease. The space is suitable for a variety of uses, such as offices, retail businesses, and restaurants.The facility is situated in a prime area, near the Outer Ring Road and the NICE Road. Additionally, it is in close proximity to a number of key IT companies, making it an ideal location for businesses.The completion of the undertaking is anticipated in 2025.
