Carnival Info Park Private Limited a new information technology building is going to be constructed at Pangapara, which is located in Thiruvananthapuram in the state of Kerala. The purpose of this project is to create an information technology infrastructure of world-class calibre in order to entice and keep top IT enterprises and startup businesses.

Built-up area of the project can accommodate up to 500,000 square feet and 10 Floor.
The total cost of the project is 150 Crores.
As on November 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
