Tanglin Developments is plans to set up an Institutional Complex Project in Karnataka

An Institutional Complex Project is being developed by Tanglin Developments Limited at Pattanagere Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The project, which will have a total built-up area of more than 8 million square feet, is anticipated to be finished in early 2024. A combination of office and retail space as well as other institutional facilities will be part of the project. 470 Crores is the project's cost.

Overall, the Institutional Complex Project by Tanglin Developments Limited is a positive development for the city of Bengaluru and the surrounding areas.

The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 40% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
