Techno Pack Software Services plans to set up Commercial Complex Project in Maharashtra

Techno Pack Software Services Private Limited intends to construct a new business complex in Shiravane, Thane, Maharashtra. Shreeji Destiny is a 10-story information technology building with a total built-up area of 200,000 square feet. The project is still in the planning stages, and no environmental permits have been obtained. However, the business has already purchased the project's site, and development is set to begin in 2024. The total cost of the project is Rs. 2250 crores. The Shreeji Destiny IT building will be a cutting-edge structure with all the conveniences that businesses require, such as a dedicated power backup, high-speed internet connectivity, and a safe parking area. 

The structure will also include several environmentally friendly features, such as rainwater harvesting and solar panels. Once completed, the Shreeji Destiny IT building is estimated to produce approximately 1000 jobs. The project represents a significant investment in the IT sector in Maharashtra, and it is intended to strengthen the region's economy.

As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals & has obtained all necessary government permissions work of the project is anticipated to occur in either 2023 or 2024.
