V R Infraspace wants build Mall Complex Project in Gujarat

The dynamic VR The Mall at Knowledge City, Vadodara, Gujarat, is being developed by V R Infraspace Private Limited. According to some sources, this 3583-square-meter mall complex has 1764.2 square meters of open space and 1818.8 square meters of covered space over a ground floor and two further storeys. Shops & Cinemas 36nos.

VR The Mall has stores, showrooms, and kiosks to meet varied customer demands. An entertainment zone and a multi-cuisine food court are expected, but details about the recreational facilities are unknown. A multi-level car park, escalators, elevators, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a waste management system make the project convenient for visitors.

VR The Mall has a large corporate clientele due to its closeness to L&T Knowledge City, known for its strong IT and commercial environment. Its convenient location makes it accessible to guests from throughout Vadodara and beyond via major roads and highways.

As on December 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
