ZJSH SPV Private Limited Plans Slum Redevelopment in Odisha

The ZJSH SPV Private Limited Slum Redevelopment Project is an upcoming project in Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The project is expected to cost 83.604 crores and will have a built-up area of 40,723.3 square meters. The project will redevelop a slum area into a modern residential complex with 1,200 units.
