Indian Hume Pipe Awarded ₹417.97 Cr Project by MKVDC Satara

The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for a project worth ₹417.97 crore (excluding GST) from authorities in Maharashtra.

The contract has been awarded by the Jihe Kathapur Lift Irrigation Division under the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation, based in Satara.

The scope of work includes the construction of headworks and a closed pipe distribution system for the Ner Direct Gravity Main under the Guruvarya Late Laxmanraoji Inamdar Lift Irrigation Scheme.

The project is aimed at strengthening regional irrigation infrastructure by enhancing water distribution efficiency, supporting improved agricultural productivity and long-term water management in the area.
