Umwelt Engineer Bags Rs 225-Cr Odisha Irrigation Deal

Umwelt Engineer has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) to construct the Turi-Guntat Irrigation Project in Odisha's Nabarangpur district. Valued at Rs 224.58 crore, this engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract covers an underground pipeline distribution network.

Executed under a turnkey framework, the project integrates civil, electrical, mechanical, and operational components alongside essential maintenance provisions to guarantee long-term functionality post-commissioning. Once completed, the initiative will significantly bolster local irrigation infrastructure and optimize water distribution across the entire command area.
