Dilip Buildcon Limited has successfully secured Provisional Completion Certificates (PCCs) for Package-1 and Package-4 of the Bengaluru–Vijayawada Expressway project. Developed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) as part of the government's flagship Bharatmala Pariyojana initiative, the infrastructure assets have been verified as fully compliant with contractual standards and cleared for commercial operations.
The National Highways Authority has declared the official Commercial Operation Dates (COD) as May 02, 2026, for Package-1 (valued at ~Rs 599.50 crore) and May 04, 2026, for Package-4 (valued at ~Rs 774.10 crore). Securing these PCCs is a pivotal financial and operational milestone for the company, triggering the commencement of commercial traffic and the activation of annuity-related revenue streams. This double achievement reinforces Dilip Buildcon's reputation for executing large-scale, complex highway infrastructure within the national development framework.
