PNC Infratech Clinches ₹3,483 Crore NHAI Double-Win in UP

PNC Infratech Limited has secured the lowest (L1) bids for two highway projects awarded under the hybrid annuity model (HAM) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), with a total project value of ₹3,483 crore (excluding GST). The financial bids were opened on April 21, 2026.

The first project (Package I) involves developing a four-lane stretch from Barabanki to Mustafabad on NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh, covering approximately 43 km. PNC Infratech quoted ₹1,728 crore for this segment.

The second project (Package II) extends from Mustafabad to Biswariya on the same highway corridor, spanning around 58 km. The company’s bid for this stretch stands at ₹1,755 crore.

Both projects will be executed under the hybrid annuity model, which blends government funding with private investment to speed up infrastructure development while distributing financial risk between stakeholders.
