Innovators Facade Systems Ltd has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹223.79 crore for façade and glazing projects.

The scope of work includes design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of façade and glazing systems. The key projects comprise:

A ₹146.19 crore contract from Aditya Birla Real Estate for Tower B, Birla Niyaara in Worli, with an expected completion timeline of 32 months.

A ₹77.60 crore contract from K Raheja Corp for the Raheja Baner development, slated for completion in 24 months.

These orders represent a significant growth milestone for Innovators Facade Systems, reinforcing its leadership position in India’s façade and glazing industry.
