RMC Switchgears Limited recently secured a significant work order valued at around ₹56.68 crore, inclusive of GST, from an AMISP provider on June 3, 2024. This order pertains to the provision of SMC meter enclosures designed for smart meter projects within PVVNL and MVVNL. The scope of the contract encompasses various stages, from design and engineering to manufacturing, integration, testing, inspection, packing, supply, transportation, and insurance of SMC boxes. These boxes are specifically intended for three-phase LT CT consumer and DT meters.
