Ahluwalia Contracts’ Mega Win: ₹3,069 Cr for Central Vista

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has secured a major contract valued at ₹3,069.70 crore (including GST) from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), New Delhi, under the Central Vista Project Division-12.

The order involves the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of Common Central Secretariat Buildings 8 and 9 at Plot Nos. 23 B and C on Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi. The project is a significant component of the Central Vista redevelopment programme, which aims to modernise and upgrade the infrastructure of India’s central administrative district.

The contract highlights Ahluwalia Contracts’ expanding footprint in large-scale government infrastructure projects and reinforces its role in delivering landmark developments under the Central Vista initiative.
