J Kumar Seals ₹1,020 Crore Deal: Navi Mumbai's Coastal Road Project Awarded.

J Kumar Infraprojects has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) for a significant infrastructure project in Navi Mumbai.

The contract entails the design and construction of a Coastal Road from Jalmarg Sector-16, Kharghar, to the PMAY Housing Scheme near Kharghar Railway Station, along with a Pedestrian Underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul. With an estimated project cost of ₹1,020.70 crore, this initiative aims to enhance connectivity in Navi Mumbai, improving road access and ensuring pedestrian safety.

The pedestrian underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul, will provide a safer route for residents and students, helping to ease congestion and enhance urban mobility. This project further solidifies J Kumar Infraprojects’ expertise in executing large-scale urban infrastructure developments.
