Niraj Cement Structurals has secured a Rs 220.14 crore contract for constructing a two-lane road with paved shoulders on the Kohima Bypass project in Nagaland. The work covers a 11.268 km stretch from design km 21.000 to km 32.268, connecting key national highways including NH-39 (New NH-02), NH-150 (New NH-02), and NH-61 (New NH-29).
The project falls under the Special Accelerated Road Development Programme for the North Eastern States (SARDP-NE) and will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis. Awarded by the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), the construction is slated for completion within 24 months.
