IRCON International’s joint venture, BRC-IRCON JV, has secured a ₹1,096.2 crore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract from the Meghalaya government.
The joint venture, a 74:26 partnership between Badri Rai and Company (BRC) and IRCON International, will be responsible for constructing a new Secretariat Complex along with campus infrastructure in New Shillong City.
Awarded by the Directorate of Urban Affairs, Government of Meghalaya, the project is set for completion within 36 months. IRCON’s share in the contract amounts to ₹285 crore.
This contract further strengthens IRCON’s order book and reinforces its presence in the infrastructure development sector in Northeastern India.
