Hari Ram Godara Secures Rs 472 Crore MCL Contract

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has declared Hari Ram Godara as the lowest (L1) bidder for a major mining services contract at the Hingula Open Cast Project (OCP).

The scope of work includes comprehensive coal handling, transportation, and associated mining services, specifically the loading and transportation of coal and rejects from Surface Miner faces to various destinations within the Hingula Area. The contract covers all operational requirements to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted movement of coal from the mining faces to designated delivery points across the site.

The bid, valued at Rs 472.3 crore, underscores the scale and strategic importance of Hingula OCP, one of the key coal-producing assets under MCL’s portfolio.
