JMC Infra Secures Rs 698 Crore Contracts!

JMC Projects (India) Limited, a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd., announced on Wednesday that it has secured orders totaling Rs 698 crore within the domestic market. These orders pertain to construction projects in South India. S K Tripathi, the company's CEO and Deputy Managing Director, expressed confidence in achieving their targeted numbers for the financial year 2020-21, with current order inflows surpassing Rs 6,700 crore. In a separate development, Vardhan Dharkar, the Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer, tendered his resignation due to personal reasons.

 JMC Projects, over the past three decades, has been a significant contributor to India's infrastructure development, undertaking various projects ranging from highways and bridges to high-rise buildings and power plants. The company provides comprehensive construction services, including civil, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), across diverse industries and project types. As a result of these developments, shares of JMC Projects (India) Ltd saw a 2.33 per cent increase in trading, reaching Rs 68.00 apiece on BSE.
