Elan The Emperor: A ₹1100 Crore Leap in Luxury Living

Elan Group has awarded a construction contract worth approximately ₹1,100 crore to Leighton Asia, a subsidiary of the Australian CIMIC Group, for its marquee ultra-luxury residential project, Elan The Emperor, located in Sector-106 along the Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

Part of Elan Group’s larger 50-acre integrated township, Landmark, the project is envisioned as a future-ready ecosystem for luxury living. The contract encompasses nearly five million square feet of built-up area and targets IGBC LEED Gold Certification, underscoring the group's commitment to sustainable urban development.

Elevating its global appeal, Elan The Emperor brings together a consortium of world-renowned architects, urban planners, and engineering consultants, including UHA London, SWA Group, WET Design, HBA, CD+M Lighting Design Group, Mero Contractors, DSA Engineering, LERA, and Thornton Tomasetti.

Leighton Asia has also secured civil and MEP contracts for Elan Group’s other landmark developments — Elan The Presidential and Elan The Imperial. Collectively, the contracts are valued at around ₹3,000 crore, covering approximately 12.5 million square feet of construction. This strategic partnership reinforces Elan Group’s position as a leader in high-end, design-centric real estate development in Gurugram.
