Clarion Wind Farm, a material step-down subsidiary of Suzlon Energy, has entered into a contract for the supply of 6.3 MW of wind energy generators.
The agreement covers the supply of three wind energy generators, each with a capacity of 2.1 MW, for the repowering of an existing wind farm at the Devarkulam site in Tamil Nadu. The contract is valued at ₹32.87 crore and has been executed with Suzlon Energy. The supply is scheduled to be completed on or before June 30, 2026.
The decision was approved by the Investment, Borrowing and Banking Committee of Clarion Wind Farm’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 28, 2026. The move is in line with Clarion’s strategy to enhance capacity and improve the efficiency of its wind energy operations.
