Power Mech Projects has been awarded a Rs 164.63 crore contract from Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) for the Phase-II expansion of the 1,600 MW DVC Koderma Thermal Power Station.
The scope of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract includes design, engineering, supply of mandatory spares, civil works, erection, and commissioning.
The project, which involves the installation of 2 x 800 MW units, is expected to be completed within 30 months from the date of the letter of award (LoA).
