10on10 Foods Scales Up Bengaluru Production with Second Plant

Fresh staples brand 10on10 Foods is constructing its second manufacturing unit in Bengaluru, Karnataka, just eight months after launching operations. This expansion scales the company’s monthly production capacity in the city from 200 tonnes to 1,200 tonnes—a fivefold increase designed to satisfy rising consumer demand. The new facility integrates advanced technology to optimize milling efficiency and accelerate product development.

Co-founder and CEO Ashish Bajaj noted that the facility will drive higher volume outputs while introducing higher-quality staples to the market. Alongside this manufacturing milestone, the brand is scaling its distribution network through an exclusive fulfillment arrangement with a major quick-commerce platform.
