Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Ltd (formerly Cupid Trades and Finance Ltd) has completed the execution and registration of a sale deed on March 24, 2026, for the acquisition of 32,160 square meters of land in Goa.
The land will be utilized for the development of the company’s alcohol and beverage (alcobev) manufacturing facility, in line with its strategic objective of building robust in-house production capabilities and strengthening its presence in India’s beverages sector.
The company stated that the acquisition supports its long-term growth strategy by enhancing operational infrastructure and enabling greater control over production and supply within the domestic market.
